HISTORY
Making Dreams Real (MDR), a 501c3 organization planning and design was initiated in 2015 by Arthur Horn, previous Executive Director of Four Rivers Outreach, Inc.
Our platform goes beyond individual assistance; we foster a sense of community through support groups, events, and networking opportunities. Join us in building connections with fellow veterans and civilians alike, creating an environment where stories are shared, experiences are understood, and lasting friendships are forged.

MISSION STATEMENT
Transition and provide hope to veterans dealing with mental illness, substance abuse, homelessness, unemployment, and incarceration by loving them into wholeness through a holistic approach of developing relationships and improving their self-esteem.
VISION
Develop businesses to employ the disadvantaged, provide a transitional living center, training rooms, and a group of volunteers to become family to those that have become invisible. This goal will be met by providing a non-judgmental path to healing.

DREAM GOAL
A mental health residential recovery behavior modification program for Veterans is a dire need for Fannin County. Currently at this time, VETERANS released from jail or a behavioral health center after a mental health crisis are without a single residential care option.
